Calabrio helps us on our schedule
What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio is the RTA used to update us on our scheduled and also it makes our life easier since we can file leave of absence here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has downtime and that is maybe because of their system maintenance check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it is down and that is due to their maintenance schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the information that it provides and what all it allows you to do. Review calls and manage your schedule all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real time info on the home page. It is always blank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to resolve discrepencies of calls received.

the app that enables you to see your shifts, breaks and refs from anywhere.

not being able to see the availibility for leave sometimes.

Pro and cons of using Calabrio
What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio is the most convenient tool that we can use especially when there something we need to request on our schedule , the best thing about it is we can access calabrio through our phone . We are can file our overtime without asking anyone , compare to our previous company we always need to reach out our RTA to request an OT , slide shift , leaves , ETC . But here in Calabrio we can do it anytime and anywhere we want .
What do you dislike about the product?
Here in our company Calibro is also part of our scorecard , they are giving us a task that we need to work on and it should match on the schedule they provided however we noticed that our RTA can still change the information or the schedule even though it already past . We need some transparency or access to the information or history of changes in our schedule so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can prioritize those customer who badly needs our help .

You can view the schedule of other people which is helpful if you need them. You will know if they are in the office or not

Leave credits do not show properly . This may be admin controls but there has not been a solution for a while

It takes a while before your messages are resolved even though you already seen it

Calabrio One helps us in integrating scheduling, shrinkage measurement, adherence, and leaves plotting

It helps us to see our team and individual activities and this allow the workforce and team managers know what is happening at agents desk

I dont think theres any hoping that they will improving their service

I dont think thereś any hoping that they can add more features

the issues resolved with this app is for you as agent to be able to have a real time shedule where you can see any changes that might be need to be done.

We now have the data we need at our fingertips, and it's so much more insightful and clear to present than the outdated Excel models we were using. It's also helped to better engage our employees.
