Une excellente plateforme à utiliser, simple, facile, rapide, elle me donne les outils dont j'ai besoin pour travailler, surveiller ma journée de travail et tout le reste.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Jusqu'à présent, je ne trouve aucun problème à utiliser l'outil, pour moi il est très pratique et fonctionnel.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Principalement comprendre les données que nous pouvons généralement négliger, des données cachées, pour ainsi dire, que nous n'aurions généralement pas la conscience d'analyser normalement.

User friendly and Easy to Understand

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have all the information together on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. Maybe that it takes a few minutes to update sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so nice to be able to go review a call. Sometimes I am not sure about something that was said and being able to listen to it is helpful. Also, being able to request time off and having my schedule all in the same place is a time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature in calabrio that I found was the notification which it send when I am scheduled for go on break or queue
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike on this app as it is the best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said it was hard for me to manage my schedule with the busy work lifestyle but due to calabrio I am able to follow my schedule and maintain my quality

Il envoie une notification pour tout ce qui est prévu pour la journée, ce qui me permet de suivre facilement mon emploi du temps.

Pour l'instant, je n'ai rien qui m'a fait me sentir mal aimé à propos de Calabrio.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Surveillance des agents et envoi d'alertes lorsque l'agent est en pause non conforme.

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio make it such an easy and user friendly experience to know your employee's team's schedule and to be able to make adjustments so smoothly. Also tracking things like Adherence is super simple and they continue to make awesome improvements daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Adherence would extend out further than 30 days, maybe 60 days instead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all my day-day issues with knowing where my employees are at and whether they're on the phones and can alarm you if they are not.

Calbrio One is a very useful tool for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to time stamp with comments for any completed interaction evaluation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay in loading selected interactions. It limits me to select interactions under 5 minutes. There are instances that my comments and results don't save as they should and I lose important documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to monitor and evaluate customer interactions and run performance reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio does pratically everything you would need it to do with a fantastic self scheduling setup. We use this on a daily basis. We have good contacts with customer support and never have to worry about issues not being resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much i don't like about Calabrio one. The data explorer could be slightly easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling.

The inconsistency of getting things posted by management.

I like the interface of calibrio. It's easy to use and details are clear.

Some times it has syncing issue with our soft phone app
