MySQL is the most easiest database tool to manage.

Not any dislikes, I would say but sometimes it take much time when the data is storage structure is bit complexed.

MySQL helps in managing the client data and information.
Fast and reliable DB
What do you like best about the product?
MySql has long been the default database for our applications. It is fast, feature rich and capable of handling almost any kind of application, even if in cluster. Install is easy and there are options for Windows as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately is has been losing space to MariaDB, its fork. Overall there aren't features I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MySQL has been in use for decades now in our web applcations, it solves 99.9% of our use cases.

Scalability: MySQL is suitable for both small and large businesses because it can manage a lot of users and data.

My experience suggests that MySQL is not the greatest option for managing complex or extensive amounts of data.
For applications that need to handle data in real-time, MySQL is not the ideal option.

MySQL is solving many of my problems as i use Java for web development, and it is best for crud applications.
It also benefited me as i also updated a php website that used MySQL database, and using it was to easy and fast.

Very easy to use, and all information is easily present on the web, which makes it most widely used.

Some SQL syntaxes are different, and one has to search on the web to make it work.

Correcting errors and searching for bugs is usually a headache when I have large lists.

Low cost and Oracle supported which helps a lot.

Lacks features - would like to see more enhancements around thread pooling and replication.

We shard our database and Mysql works pretty well for that

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to get started with. As it is a very popular database management system with a lot of users, it is very easy to find help from others if you get stuck somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that are difficult, it doesn't support Arrays as a data type which is very problematic. Also, sometimes it takes a lot of time to start up if the databases are huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me by providing a structured way to store data and query it with a simple query language. There is a lot of ORM for MySQL in almost every language, which makes it easy to query databases.

What do you like best about the product?
MySQL is a robust framework for providing database services. Its easy syntax and amazing architecture are very beneficial. Moreover, Oracle also provides a comfortable GUI-based MySQL workbench, where we can perform the querying.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say most of the users will not be able to find any cons of this product. It is commendable as far as database services are concerned as it easy to use and also offers great performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our project, we were having multiple modules which were written in different programming languages (Java, Python, Unix script etc). Here, the connectivity features that MySQL provides helped us to connect to the database without any hassles.
