What do you like best about the product?
Complete overview of oneagent for kubernetes
Hands on which included setting up oneagent on node and also as an operator
What do you dislike about the product?
The speaker went through the slides very fast, it should have been bit slower. It was bit difficult to catchup with the speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to move to oneagent from app on. The new services are in kubernetes environment. This session gave lot of details about the oneagent.

Ease of use and scalability as well as low processing overhead in comparison to previous

The new product is still being developed so some features we rely on in App Mon are not yet available. That said, the speed at which Dynatrace is developing the product is impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing speed to value. Reducing incident recovery and enhanced business insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend that Dynatrace be considered as part of the evaluation process. Running a comparison with another product provides a useful opportunity to see it in action. Whilst Dynatrace is a powerful tool, culture and adoption within the company cannot be ignored - to achieve success and maximise Dynatrace benefit nrequires internal collaboration, passion and knowledge about the business. customer i

What do you like best about the product?
CPU analysis
Baseline comparisons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Purepath black box. I cannot see in which method the request to downstream are being executed. Specially for Lina or for dB queries the method that makes this request is not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High CPU utilization. And high response times, though purepaths are somewath reliable there is still cases where there is a big gap of information that is needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
See the level of insight you can get, for some is enough.

It’s UI is complex to get use to ... once we are use it is easy to use. `Pricing is way too high making difficult to present when it comes to compete against other product

Amazing tool to find problems

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it can find all the services/apps being called to map out your entire architecture. If you have hundreds of applications and services it can be hard to track what is calling what. I love that I am able to find specific user sessions to troubleshoot problems. My favorite is the JavaScript error reporting since prior to this we were unable to track those issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there is so much data it can seem overwhelming. Also you can fall down a rabbit hole and end up spending hours just mapping out all the information depending on the size of your environment. I would like to be able to see a longer history than 10 days for user sessions, a lot of times we don’t get a report until maybe 20+ days later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been having issues with old systems crashing which bring down other critical systems, also we were having major issues with sql session state. This will pin point the problems areas so we can correct before it becomes an issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely suggest purchasing this tool to help monitor your entire business architecture. It will help find problems that you normally wouldn’t be able to track easily.

Missing some AppMon features but I know every day we get new features.
