What do you like best about the product?
Kick start. Great sessions on automation and AI. Useful sessions so far. Ready for the afternoon sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
Hot day hands are not up to the speed. Didn’t meet the expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only application and infrastructure monitoring so far. Didn’t see business problems solved by the Dynatrace.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need to work on APIs, Dashboards quering options, Agent for Exadata databases and plugins integration options
Dynatrace keeps surprising us with its depth of coverage!
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is working hard to change the paradigm by putting intelligence at the heart of APM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface still needs iterative polishing to make it easier to zoom into what you need.

Real time monitoring and proactive response to infrastructure issues. Also, help with DEVOPS

Consider what Dynatrace is contributing to the software community
General sessions are better that HOT day sessions

General sessions are very informative and allow me to choose what I want to focus on, in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HOT sessions had technical issues and were not well prepared. Spent too much time t-shooting issues instead of focusing on the hands-on portions of courses. No validation of registration versus scanning into the HOT sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correlation of business impacts to deployments and/or infrastructure problems. Validation of environment readiness before deployments are authorized.

It gives a quick snapshot on server and memory issues on our applications allowing us to focus on our application performance.

Sometimes there is too much information on the dashboards and finding root cause of issues can be very hard.

Improving memory and CPU of our applications.

The pure path analysis and thread dump analyzer helped us solving the complex issue.

Current license model of single JVM (Waiting for Dynatrace as its moving away from Jvm level licensing )

Dynatrace has been the backbone for problem determination and root cause analysis. It has made our lives simple at tractor to understand the issues and helps us in getting to the solutions faster.

I love the custom moiotoring capabilities. Dynatrace gave us the ability to catch problems before they occur and reduce customer impact for business critical apps.

Lack of reporting customisation to some extent

Faster response times for customers. We were able to optimise our merchant loan application response time by over 30%

What do you like best about the product?
The hot day sessions were great. They organized to include all. I was at the ACM this morning and was quite impressed with the way forward for Dynatrace, AIOPS being the future if monitoring. I also learned how other companies are leveraging this to improve their systems. The other thing that I am happy with is the venue this time around. The hotel is better and the rooms are near and bigger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Registration was not quite easy for some of us. I could not use my company issued labtop to participate in the hot day sessions so I couldn't do hands on with the lab. Would it be be better to issue iPads for this next time to make it easier for participants to engage in the hot day sessions.
