Easy to set up and very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to set up ans easy to learn and provide health of the application in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Customising feature takes longer time. Keep pushing for new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the root cause of the issue or errors

What do you like best about the product?
I have seen demos and have had a Dynatrace engineer give examples of how our company might be able to utilize it. Our company is transitioning our applications to SaaS and can’t wait to see additional ways I will be able to recommend from tomorrow’s examples
What do you dislike about the product?
I know our company is evaluating the cost. To me the cost of clients lost of productivity satisfaction and contract paybacks would be well worth it but for now I would say price point. Going to work on selling Dynatrace to leaders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Dynatrace a couple of time to investigate slowness and project data copy timeouts

What do you like best about the product?
-Ease of use, very intuitive
-Find problems and bugs faster
-Capacity to integrate with other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
-Using SaaS you do not have visibility of logs for the application
-Dashboard customization is very limited
-Custom reports are not possible

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace Saas model is easy to setup and start using it
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to spend time in diagnosis the problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application performance degradation and it is mainly beneficial in overal application networks of systems and integrations and probelm replay
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynatrace is a very good tool for APM, I would recommend Saas solution and easy to setup

What do you like best about the product?
As an application developer, I like being able to dig into the nitty gritty of a performance issue. `I am more familiar with App`mon and used it to dig into pure paths to identify performance problems. `i look forward to using `oneAgent going forward, however, to assist my organization with building kpi dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble getting in the zone with the tool after not using it for long periods. It is not intuitive at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going forward, we will be using it to build a KPI dashboard. In the past, it has helped identify performance issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Chose a dedicated resource to become a Dynatrace expert who can devote the time necessary to become proficient with the product.

The in-depth analysis that it provides through pure path and dashboard monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now I don’t have any dislikes for this product

API latency and poor responses. Dynatrace allows for an in-depth analysis of all transactions between web applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple install & setup. Problem detection with AI. Deep problem analysis (down to code & SQL level) without changing a line of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
So much data that the interface can overwhelm you a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better user satisfaction with our applications.
