What do you like best about the product?
We love dynatrace capability of monitoring cloud infrastructure, alerting , integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still do not have insight into adapter connections details for web methods and limited functionality for Kafka monitoring.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Infrastructure issues, Service monitoring, KPI’s and conversion goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s an excellent product to monitor cloud infrastructure, micro services, containers.

What do you like best about the product?
The single pane of glass approach where everything bubble up to a problem page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I’d say webmethods support would be the largest consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing an older APM solution

What do you like best about the product?
API support, build and describe dependencies, in depth information of various tiers of application
What do you dislike about the product?
API support specifically for sending custom metrics could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster problem identification and base lining helps reduce application downtime. AI engine and ML combined have helped us resolve issues and bring back the systems faster

What do you like best about the product?
OneAgent and AI, the holistic approach to monitoring - we do not have to worry about custom agents for our environment. The ability to bring in external sources via ActiveGate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still not enough capabilities for queue monitoring, e.g. MSMQ
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems is to determine why users accessing the core system from a certain area have considerably worse performance metrics. Another one is the ability to pierce through proprietary platforms to see the full flow of the information.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace allows you to quickly and effectively add monitoring with a click of a button to any node. Also, removals of agents are as easy as the initial install which takes minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of integrations is limited, but they are expanding it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance testing our applications to reveal problems before production.
