What do you like best about the product?
Artificial intelligence capability for anomaly detection, pinpointing rootcause,Davis voice ops and chat ops
What do you dislike about the product?
Nose support for ruby , python and big data apps monitoring
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure business services perform at expected speed , availability,error rate and throughput

What do you like best about the product?
root cause analysis, better recovery time. Avoid finger pointing each other when in war room. Know exactly where the problem is instead of making assumption. Better quality when designing application because now, developers see exactly what the system does. Not hard to use. Multiple technologies support. Do not impact the application performance when adding the agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
License cost (AppMon). License model is not adapt to Cloud. Manual task when need to add application on the AppMon platform. Need to have ops team to manage it and prepare upgrade. Hard to integrate with ITSM

The Dynatrace product improvements and combined services have provided advanced products that assist organizations to manage and improve digital experience monitoring.

There is a continuous cycle of new features within the product that are somewhat challenging to keep track of.

We have improved the digital experience for our customers and improved site stability.

What do you like best about the product?
Very less configuration, full stack visibility
What do you dislike about the product?
Less work ;) for admin and pricing politic for log management, no difference between sass and Managed customers.

Digital platform monitoring incl Mobile platform and increas a visibility for business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the synthetics and user information. I like the Dynatrace is continuing to add get features to the product - parmaterzation, better dashboarding, user playback
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently not an easy way to get reports. Upper management still likes reports. Cost. Especially for lsynthetics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see what web pages need better perfomance, synthetic testing for certain scenarios and of course the error alerting and that it tries to get root cause

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Dynatrace in our company and pretty happy with the features it provides. It has many features which help us in finding the rootcause and do the analysis. This is one of the best APM tool in market. We have been using the managed instance and moving to the SAAS instance. Happy with the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Memory dump compared to AppMon which provides lot more data for making decisions

What do you like best about the product?
The simplest way to get the results, all AI system works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gap of database monitoring. I can see that problem is there but I can't see wait events or locks.

The ease of use, it was able to resolve issues that we have been having for years. One agent for all servers.

It does take a while to understand all aspects of the application

We want to be more proactive with our applications. We want to be able to narrow down pretty quickly where the issue is
