What do you like best about the product?
Strong features and functionality, intuitive, and excellent partnership with the vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
DynaTrace NAM (Network Application Monitoring) deployment can be complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction in Sev1s/Sev2s incident, faster troubleshooting, faster root cause analysis.
We relalized the benefits above contributing to the stability of the applications where we have this instrumented.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DynaTrace is a robust tool. I recommend that companies conduct a comprehensive requirements analysis and evaluate if this tool meets their business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent features that Dynatrace offers for monitoring our front end and back end applications enabling a faster root causes analysis to deliver high performant applications to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing updates on AppMon is very tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has served a great tool for optimizing database utilization, understanding external vendor latency and its impact, inter tier error and exceptions and infrastructure limitations.
