Dynatrace is not only a IT tool, it is a way of working.

What do you like best about the product?
Just about everything, the smartscape gives you a realtime overview of your landscape, Problems report about immediate action required, and RUM gives the best performance statstics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extending Dynatrace with custom plugins was not successful. Support and available resources should be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have a better insight in our IT landscape. Dynatrace is giving this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynatrace is not only a great tool, it is a new way of working with your IT landscape.

Complexity of installation, partner support is required even for pilot installation

What do you like best about the product?
Quality comes with a price, and that is the case in here as well.
Basically, Dynatrace has no competition as of now, and yes, it's that good of a tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, mostly :) No complains performance wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end connection issues, database issues.

What do you like best about the product?
At our company we have a dynatrace solution that helps us to monitoring all the complex infrastructure we have, from on premises to on cloud systems. As Ops team It give us an quick picture where the issue is and the root cause of it allowing to act quickly to solve the problem. In this way we learn how the the system can be improved and automated to solve the issue if faced again
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about dynatrace solution. Practically they are in a constant improvement that helps you to integrate with different solutions and systems. This is a plus for sure.

Monitoring, troubleshooting, automation and in the future ai

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is a very accesible application for each part of the world. In my opinion this is the best application for monitoring your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that we have to have most exportable dynamics reports for share with our partners

I use Dynatrace for analyze strees test that we have performed. This tool its very usefull for analyze and determine where is the bottleneck

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and dashboarding capabilities are excellent and very useful especially for a Senior Exec audience
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support for Open Tracing is a gripe shared by most developers at my organisation. ( Good to know that it is on your roadmap though )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full stack visibility is allowing us to find root cause of issues a lot quicker (especially within the ESB layer) and thus engaging the right development teams to fix root cause rather implement a bandaid solution
