What do you like best about the product?
It fits in any kind of business whether small,medium or enterprises The product map an environment, and determine appropriate baselines I really like this features about this software
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience the software is okay with it basic unique features and works perfectly but everything works perfectly okay I think there is no need for expansion to other areas of infrastructure, including telecom and SAN
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for website challenges and positive results have been reach with this I have been able to see the root cause and diagnosed the problem

A fantastic product easy to use it is used to solve challenges that are well base-lined. This requires workloads that are relatively repeatable and normalized.Making works a lot more easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like this program because it is very useful in the company, its installation is very easy, I like it to provide a workflow that is viable, favorable for everyone, since it is really skillful to perform my daily tasks, as well as to detect nonconformities in the customer experiences.
It is good to know that I have a tool that helps me provide an excellent service to our users, through monitoring it provides effective solutions to the problems at work, providing peace of mind and security. I liked the free trial that DYNATRACE offers, helped me to get to know it and to make my work with its structure and cloud technologies easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
This software is what every company needs, it is very complete, it even has many updates and it keeps us in constant changes and this aspect to some users has become more complicated than others to adapt, although some colleagues consider it an advantage, in my opinion. I do not like the case, because it implies being supportive, helping, which takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace has been the answer to our digital problems, because thanks to this platform, we manage to automate all our needs in one place, with the greatest efficiency and speed. Since we used this software, the productive, administrative and service processes have improved remarkably, since we know the causes that delayed us, that allows us to solve them and move forward.
This program has been of great help to improve our profitability, because now we provide a better service, we are in constant progress and we have even conquered spaces as a company that would have been impossible to do without the skills of dynatrace.

Definitely recommend this software is useful, agile and very efficient, through Dynatrace we have detected problems, got comprehensive data, what happened in the company and why, which is very good for the department, saves us time and money. I am very happy with your results.

I like that it is a very easy tool to install and that it really does work for which it was created, it has all the necessary functions to be able to detect any failure in the different production processes, determine what is the cause of the problem and give it a solution timely

What I do not like about this software is the implementation of updates, in some cases they have caused failures and have required manual intervention, one of the important faults that have caused these updates is the temporary disconnection of service, that caused some data to be lost of transactions.

We have been able to solve the problems of production found by our users, we have also been able to identify network traffic problems, this software allows us to know which users have had a problem and also when it was affected.

This software is really good and works very well, in terms of its operation it is quite reliable and, it is very easy to use, additionally take into account the cost.

How easy it is to be installed in comparison with other APM. It discovers every piece of information that goes through the servers

That you still need to install an agent on every server you want to have Dynatrace on.
