Speed of accounts department in refunds due to invoice payments due to their own errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
clarity around invoices and what the charges were for. Missing order forms for purchases

The quickness in the support and the proactive actions/information coming from Searchtax about the product I have with them.
It is intuitive if you have a minimum knowledge and the implementation and integration for new sites is simple.

Maybe it could be good to have some business cases examples in a part of the dashboard to guide some non-expert users of the Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The custom implementation than my company has of SOLR, managed by Searchtax use to have a variety of problems that were solved/supported by Searchtax very fast.
Efficient and Reliable Search Solution for Sitecore
What do you like best about the product?
We use SearchStax daily as part of our website’s search functionality on the Sitecore platform. The platform integrates seamlessly and consistently delivers fast, relevant search results, which greatly enhances our users’ experience. The dashboard is user-friendly, offering valuable insights and analytics that help us optimize our search configurations. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly. Overall, SearchStax has proven to be a reliable and efficient solution that we depend on regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can be a bit complex, especially for those unfamiliar with search solutions. However, once everything is configured correctly, it runs smoothly with minimal need for ongoing maintenance. It would also be great if there were more in-depth documentation available to assist with advanced customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SearchStax addresses the challenge of providing a reliable and efficient search experience on our website. Prior to using SearchStax, our search results were inconsistent and often slow, leading to user frustration. With SearchStax, we’ve seen a significant improvement in search speed and relevance, which has led to increased user satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, the platform’s analytics tools help us identify and address any search-related issues quickly, ensuring a smooth experience for our users.
Solr as a Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating new indexes was unparalleled. It really made our implementations easier. And the auto-fallback was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There weren't really any downsides. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We frequently use Solr on premise, which incurs quite a bit of overhead in maintenance.
Good Product with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Searchstax has very good and flexible customer support. They are pro customer in most cases and go out of their way to do what is needed. So far i have had good experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing should be looked at, more tier and flexibility to choose for customers. I understand the challenges but steep price increases annually is not good for customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searchstax is used as search for websites, managed by searchstax team. With less effort spent for managing & hosting search , development team can focus on other features and functionalities. Scalability of instances is good benefit we have seen.

What do you like best about the product?
Great pro-active support. Configuration is well documented and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
(Azure based) authentication options were limited.

Sitecore search engine indexing.
Simple, straighforward Solr integration
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome team. Responsive. Helpful. Simple intergration. I have contacted SearchStax to get a quote for a Solr Search integration in AEM for an RFP. Even though the bid was awarded to another agency, I would not hesitate to recommend SearchStax. Building a Solr indexing ourselves would have taken a great amount of effort and therefore cost. SolarStax made it extremly simple and have taken all the hard work out of the equation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say anything bad about you guys, but maybe provide better infographics for those that aren't developers. IE stakeholders, PO,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost. Solr search is a very niche field and finding qualified resources to help in the implementation would be next to impossible. Keep it up.
One less thing to worry about
What do you like best about the product?
Simple set-up and maintenance. After having implemented Solr Cloud cluster myself, knowing I can relay on SearchStax to set it up and keep it running 24*7, has become a no-brainer, stright forward decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen a couple of scenarios when performance has been degraded, instead of suggesting improvements in the way Solr is used, an up scale was suggested. I could understand some level of consultancy could require a paid service, but in our case, simple basic changes, already documented, were enough to avoid the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we need Solr for Sitecore, SearchStax takes care of 1/3 or the architecure/hosting, meaning 1/3 of the problems
Search details, control of stopwords and custom directory filters
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Searches Dashboard. I like how it is set up by popular searches, no result searches and searches with no clicks. I like to see the search count and percentages. I like control of the stopwords. I like how we were able to incorporate a better filter system for our directory. I like the great customer support we have been given with directory features. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to have warnings on certain aspects, that when I try to change something that it could break somethings. I know there are some things I cannot touch or it will break other aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to see what people are searching for on my website on a daily basis. I use that to proritize my webpage updates to create better customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the ease of use and the robust feature set that SearchStax offers. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to manage and optimize our search functionality without requiring extensive technical knowledge. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and helpful, which has made our experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about SearchStax. The platform has been reliable and effective, meeting all our search needs seamlessly. Any minor issues we've encountered were quickly resolved by their excellent customer support team.

SearchStax is solving our need for a reliable and efficient search infrastructure. Before using SearchStax, we struggled with slow search performance and limited search capabilities on our website.
