Facilité d'installation et d'intégration. Le support client est au-delà du meilleur. Prêt à faire tout ce qu'il faut. Mon agent de support Bryce est de loin le meilleur, clairement obsédé par le client.

Je souhaite que nous puissions télécharger un fichier PPK directement depuis l'interface utilisateur, actuellement elle ne prend en charge que les fichiers d'authentification PEM qui doivent ensuite être convertis en PPK avec Putty.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Aidez-moi à transférer des fichiers directement dans mon bucket GCS depuis des tiers.

The perfect SFTP solution

I look back on the days of running our own SFTP server and wonder what we were thinking. SFTP Gateway is a phenomenal product, and makes everything incredibly easy. We rest easy knowing we have a secure and well-designed system running, and files are stored directly in our global S3 buckets. Oh, and the customer support is top notch. Can't recommend them enough!

Il n'y a rien à ne pas aimer ici ; tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Pour nos clients (beaucoup d'entre eux) qui n'aiment pas interagir avec AWS S3, c'est la solution pour nous avec la connexion cloud à AWS.

Perfect for our needs

We needed a drop-in replacement for a legacy FTP service that is no longer secure. SFTP-Gateway was the perfect fit. It's much easier to set up and manage than AWS Transfer Family products. Since it uses S3 buckets on the backend, I can mount those S3 buckets on the EC2 instances where I need it.

J'ai eu quelques problèmes mineurs avec la configuration des certificats, mais c'était plutôt une erreur de ma part et leur équipe de support m'a rapidement aidé à la résoudre.

Ils répondent à mon besoin que les clients puissent télécharger des fichiers de manière sécurisée et facile pour que mon équipe puisse y accéder.

Il fournit exactement ce dont j'ai besoin - une passerelle de SFTP à S3. Facile à configurer, et fonctionne simplement.

Pas grand-chose à ne pas aimer. J'ai dû écrire quelques scripts pour des choses spécifiques, mais ils ont depuis sorti une interface graphique bien meilleure que lorsque j'ai commencé.

AWS n'a d'abord pas fourni SFTP, puis ils l'ont facturé à un prix incroyablement élevé. SFTP gateway a résolu ces deux problèmes.

Easy to setup and customer support is very very helpful!

When looking for a reliable and easy to set up SFTP site integrated with AWS, SFTP Gateway by Thorn Technologies was the first one to come up so I gave it a try. I have to say it was a breeze to setup with their pre-baked CloudFormation templates I was up and running in the amount of time it took to provision the resources. I ran into a small hiccup setting the admin portal on an SSL cert, however, Thorn Technologies was there with exceptional customer service. Robert was quick to respond to my many many questions and together we able to resolve any issues I had. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. If you are looking for an SFTP service that is easy to setup, has great documentation and wonderful customer support, look no further than SFTP Gateway by Thorn Technologies.

without having to deal with complicated setup, product provides with right balance for the self management for SFTP solution. Whenever, we face some issues, support team is not only available to take care of the problem but, even guide what else we can do or look at the industry practises and other options as well. Glad to discover and make of SFTP Gateway v3 product
