MSP360 is a great solution for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
The MSP360 managed backup is a very scalable backup solution that allows us to bring our own storage. They support just about every cloud and local backup storage target you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with software updates but they are usually resolved in a timely manner and the support is responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 allows us to offer a comprehensive managed backup solution to our small business clients. This offers them peace of mind knowing we can get databack no matter what.

This is a great product and use it to backup all of our customers data! They are constantly updating the product and their support is fast.

I cannot really think of any kind of downside.

This product allows us to backup all of our customers data. It is a very great product that we have been using for many years. ITts efficient and easy to deploy. Support is great.

Ease of use, integration to Microsoft 365.

Some items aren't inherently intuitive, but you can work around that.

3-2-1 Backup strategies. Full reporting and alerting of backup success and failures.
Easy configuration and deployment
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the MSP360 platform for just over a year now and have been impressed with their pricing model and backup features. Their support are very quick to assist with any queries or issues that arise and their regular webinars help to keep you in the loop for best practices or upcoming updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recovering any data from a backup feels a little long winded compared to other solutions, but not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a layer of security to the businesses I manage through trusted backups of their M365 accounts.

It's easy to get up and running, and doesn't require a lot of attention

It would be nice to have an easier way to restore files on demand without a restore plan.

One pane of glass to look at all backups. Reporting is great and the price is outstanding for the features you get

There is a little learning curve but you will have that with just about any service

many other features are in the same space as managed backup that sometimes it "bloats" the experience

What do you like best about the product?
The platform keeps improving, new features and great support. Overall, if you're looking for anything cloud backups, do not go anywhere else. Simple to implement and integrate the software.

You need to be a littl tech savvy to know what all the features are used for. However, it doesn't take long if you're famliar with cloud backups.

We are using it for backup our endpoint devices & remote user devices as well.The most appealing aspect ofMSP360 Standalone backup, in my opinion is it's user-friendly interface along with strong, adaptable functionality that can be tailored to the needs of both small ana large businesses. Because of its smooth connection with the diffrenet cloud storage providers, scalability and flexibility are guraranteed. The software is a dependable solution for protecting important data without overwhelming the user with complexibility because of its strong encryption and security features , which provide users piece of mind. It is also simple to schedule and manage backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for some of MSP360 Standalone backup's more sophisticated features is its biggest flaw. Even though the UI is simple to use for straightforward activities, non-techies may find it difficult to navigate the more intricate configurations. Furthermore, the pricing structures can get pricey, especially for greater storage demands. Which could worry smaller businesses or individuals on a tighter budget.

It offers a strong solution for backing up both local and cloud settings, addressing the vital need for dependable data protection and recovery. By providing a single, user-friendly interface that supports a broad range of the storage options, it addresses the challenge of maintaining diverse backup plans across several platforms. Because of its adaptability, data is always safe and simple to restore, reducing downtime and avoiding data loss. I can manage backups with much less complexity and time, which is a huge benefit. I can rest easy knowing that my data is safe and can be promptly restore when needed.
