What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Plesk is for file management and to host my websites on traditional web servers.
A specific example of how I use Plesk for file management is when there was a requirement to host the websites on a traditional server. Since we cannot directly upload the files on the server, we used Plesk as a control panel and uploaded all the files there to host the website.
I didn't find much unique about my main use case for Plesk, but it is very convenient to use that interface.
What is most valuable?
The best features Plesk offers, in my opinion, include File Manager, SSL Management, email configuration, and DNS configuration. All of those are very handy and user-friendly in Plesk.
These features have helped me in my work by making tasks easier and saving time when configuring DNS right in Plesk. They are really good features.
Plesk has positively impacted my organization by being very convenient and saving us a lot of time. Previously we were using FTP file transfer to upload the files, which was very tedious, but with Plesk, it becomes very easy for us to upload files on the server. That is really convenient and time-saving for us, making it useful for the organization as well.
We save more than ten hours weekly using Plesk compared to the old FTP method.

Plesk could be improved by making the UI a little more friendly.

Functionality and support in Plesk are very good, and I do not feel anything extra. It does what it is meant for, which is a really good thing.
My advice to others looking into using Plesk is to go with it. It is a really good product, and they can save time and of course money.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Plesk for 15 years, starting from the early versions, and it has always been a reliable ally. Over the years, it has evolved alongside technology and has allowed me to optimize the management of my servers (Windows Server) and hosting.
It enables me to automate many recurring tasks such as backups and, today, it is compatible with major storage providers .
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a wide selection of plugins and falls short in terms of security features. A more advanced software firewall would be ideal.

Plesk is helping me simplify and centralize server and hosting management. It reduces the time spent on repetitive tasks such as creating accounts, managing domains, and scheduling backups.

Its complete kit to create web pages is very useful and makes the process easy.
updates, security and maintenance are complements that have allowed it to be faster and more efficient to host the web page

The 2-week free trial does not have all the features active, it is better to pay up front for the service to get everything working properly

If you are a nontechy guy, don't worry its UI is simple to understand. You can host multiple websites here and managing the same is also easy. You can manage all your website from a single dashboard. Its Security features are amazing.
Also, it supports a lot many extensions based on your use case.

It's a bit expensive compared to some other hostings. Also for some features, you may require some technical knowledge but that's secondary.

Best experience I ever had while hosting any website. Easy to set up and manage the client's websites using different platforms, as it supports various tools and has direct integrations. CMS is automatically updated, and backup the files while reinstallation of website is easy

Subscriptions can be reduced to add more advanced features. Otherwise, I love the functionality of managing various sites on one server.

Ability to manage the content and multiple websites on a single server without hassle. Apart from this, it supports a cross-platform server operating system and is easy to integrate. I like the WordPress toolkit to use and manage content or blog pages for clients. Moreover, user-friendly control panels, inbuilt plugins and extensions are handy.

Plesk is easy to use and the UI/UX of Plesk is quite intuitive. You can navigate to the options in the control panel without having any confusion.

There are lot of other features which are not available on the platform.

Website applications hosting, I can easily setup and host my web app on Plesk.

What do you like best about the product?
Plesk Obsidian has such an easy panel to update server components with latest fixes and additions for the panel itself and a big extension marketplace fullfill our needs. My favourite is WP Toolkit as it informs us for outdated Wordpress extensions and make it more secure with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obtaining free ssl (letsencrypt) is just tricky, they should implement an easy one click free ssl button to the panel instead of driving us into SSL menu, i have lost my way on it several times.

Plesk is a perfect choice to manage web servers, has a nice GUI for creating new web hosts , mail hosts, installing new stuff and managing open source scripts like wordpress with it's pretty good extension marketplace. Makes us stay in the browser and with just few clicks we do tons of work without connecting to server on command line. We barely use command line as Plesk gives us nearly all the things we need to run a web server.
