Nous résolvons actuellement les problèmes de posture de cloud et de sécurité des charges de travail. À mesure que notre développement se poursuit, nous prévoyons la sécurité des conteneurs et également la sécurité des sources ouvertes. L'avantage est que nous n'avons pas besoin d'autant de personnel pour surveiller et gérer, car nous sommes soutenus par des experts en sécurité de la configuration cloud et ZDI. D'autres avantages incluent la rapidité de la remédiation, car la documentation et les recommandations sont bien rédigées et suivent la documentation du fournisseur pour la remédiation.

Si vous recherchez une solution de sécurité, alors Trend micro est la meilleure plateforme pour prendre toutes les solutions de sécurité. Vous gérez tout depuis un tableau de bord unique, c'est facile à maintenir pour l'équipe informatique ainsi que pour les utilisateurs.

Je ne suis pas écrivain mais je suis associé technique et d'après mon expérience avec Trend, je n'ai aucun point de désaccord pour le moment. Il y a quelque temps, je faisais face à un problème avec l'endpoint Trend, j'ai soumis une demande de support et un ingénieur de support m'a contacté en 1,5 heure et ils m'ont fourni une solution satisfaisante. Donc, il n'y a peut-être aucun point de désaccord concernant le support ou tout produit de Trend.

Actuellement, dans cette situation de pandémie, tout le monde travaille depuis chez soi via VPN ou d'une autre manière, donc pour l'instant, il est nécessaire d'améliorer la sécurité et nous avons obtenu de nombreux points de sécurité supplémentaires dans ce produit. Nous sommes heureux de gérer plus de 400 systèmes avec Trend Endpoint, c'est très facile de créer un travail de scan et de dépannage.

Il y a un seul point à recommander pour l'équipe de support Trend. En fait, lorsque j'essaie d'appeler le numéro de support, cela prend au minimum 15 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Over all experience with Trend Micro is phenomenal. Trend Micro Provides great features of security which prevents our infrastructure from unknown attacks and malware.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced any problems with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Mostly liked of this product is GUI Console to manage the devices and lightweight agents. Responsive time for any attack is happening it's preventing our malware. The Smart AI-based deep scan provides more details about the security aspects.

Modular licensing, there should be an option for consolidated license

It provides advanced server security for physical, virtual, and cloud servers.

It requires simplification; a fair amount of troubleshooting is needed. Smart protection and virtual patching are available.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best cloud security solution. We set it for the entire organization and it manages well. Always releasing new updates that makes it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation takes bit more time also reporting is basic instead of showing more details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using across the organization for cloud security.
The Deep Security solution is a must for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
We are not using Deep Security in a hybrid cloud, but rather on-premises, we are considering replacing our on-premises infrastructure to use hybrid cloud mode. We opted for Deep Security to counter the vulnerability of workstations when operating systems are no longer supported and they must be against threats, Deep Security helps protect our obsolete infrastructure and even strengthen the protection against threats on all systems.
It's easy to set up and use, and the Trend Micro support team is there throughout the process. The XDR part makes our equipment more secure for our IT equipment.

Nothing since it is very good for all situations

Threat protection With the end of support for certain operating systems, we are less vulnerable at lower cost
Quite Simply: We Haven't Had a Problem
What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning, everything with Trend Micro Deep Security went as advertised. Deactivating and removing the previous security protection was straightforward. Trend Micro's deployment script generator made replacing the previous software incredibly easy. Since that time, we have monitored and maintained the environment without incident.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is incredibly small... When I login to the Deep Security Manager ("DSM") I will see a status notification at the bottom of the DSM which reads something to the effect of "Updating X computers" and I cannot click through or otherwise identify which machines are pending that update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dep Security provides antivirus, antimalware, and File Integrity Monitoring for us. We were able to consolidate solutions into a single platform which eases administration and we have found Deep Security to be less "chatty" than our previous product.
Trend Micro Cloud One / Deep Security as a Service is comprehensive protection
What do you like best about the product?
The product is a highly reliable and comprehensive solution. It is exceptionally well thought out, even down to Single Sign-On functionality and the control they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extremely detailed information regarding difficult events could be challenging to obtain. However, it is important to note that for all intents and purposes, general documentation, best practices, and recommendations are available from Trend Micro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage this product for Server-oriented endpoint protection and supplemental security controls. As such, we realize the benefits of a quality security product in protecting our cyber landscape.
