We have a virtual machine set up on Google Cloud. The virtual machine is connected to all our clients. It is connected to OpenVPN, which is connected to Google Cloud. It connects our clients throughout the country. We also have clients in other countries.
What is most valuable?
The product’s adaptability is valuable. We can connect to clients through different methods. We could set up a site-to-site connection, or we could set it up as a tunnel. There are a lot of different ways of setting up the connection. We can try a different method if something doesn't work for a client's security configuration or firewall. The product is fairly easy to use.
What needs improvement?
The logs should be made easier to read. If there is an issue, it takes me a while to find it in the log.

I am using the solution currently.

The solution is quite stable. When we first set it up, there were some issues. I only have to complain about some issues with the connection. We've used other services and were able to stay connected permanently.
