This is a feature to have to make sure you never lose a business call.
What do you like best about the product?
That you can change the forwarding phone number from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything really that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to transfer after hours phones to anyone in case of an emergency is very helpful for employees and the business.
Instance Crashes
The software installed seems very complete. It was easy to get going but I get about 20 minutes out of it before the instance crashes and I'm unable to connect via SSH, HTTP etc... Not really very reliable..
