Excellent File Management Solution for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
FileCloud gives you the ability to have the same functionality as a file server without actually having one. They build in security as well so you don't have to worry about your data getting stolen or lost. I love the fact that they offer an in-house solution too for those that have a physical server.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall we have found is with certain applications like Access, the files won't sync right away because it keeps a local file on an individual's machine. Creating file owners and groups can get confusing if your company gets very specific with access ability. It also is a downfall that you cannot disable a user's ability to access the online portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were using multiple file share platforms that required many individual accounts with separate storage fees. Not only did this cause an issue as far as consistency goes, but it also made it difficult to locate which files were where and there wasn't a central location to manage all files. FileCloud gives us the ability to do all this under one platform in one dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an easy to implement file management system for your company and don't want the hastle of setting up a complete file server, FileCloud is the way to go. Hands down.

What do you like best about the product?
Speedy accessible of files, well organised folders, it took less internet data for uploading files.
User can access their files even with slow internet connection.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such which i dislike, but i expect minimalistic User interface. If you could do so then FireCloud will be most demanded colud based storage in upcoming time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In today's time FireCloud provides storage as well as safety. Our data is safe with FireCloud.

Great For ITAR Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tools for ensuring ITAR compliance, and the best customer support available!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little bit confusing when you initially start using FileCloud, but the customer support quickly helps with any issues/questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and ITAR compliance are simple with FileCloud

What do you like best about the product?
UI is really great and informative with easy-to-understand and use tools. One can upload and download files with ease. WIth hyper-secure the data I upload is safe so that adds a lot of crediability.

Some issues are their with offline access, except this the platform and application is great overall experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Access your files any time from anywhere and also share with respective SPOC and also helps in saving the data and prevents loss of data.

Sometimes it takes time to upload the small file files.

Sharing and Recordkeeping of data, and remote access are primary purposes.

File sharing, File collarabollation, workflows, backup and sync but what I like the most is an On-premise server management

It solves my group of companies data backup issues we had before and File collaboration and of course data accessible all over the World

Am Felix Manirakiza, Rwanda/Africa I kind of recommend using FileCloud because it has all business needs for collaboration, sharing, backup, sync and workflows and it's easy to use even affordable, so I wish to see everyone using FileCloud as it is accessible all over the World.

We were looking for a private cloud option. We did not want to have our file stored offsite. This is Help Deas solve that issue.

What do you like best about the product?
FileCloud is a great platform for those looking to have an ITAR compliant solutions for file storage and sharing. Very secure and well thought out piece of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend management interface is very powerful, however, with that comes a learning curve. Support is great in working with you to figure it out, just know you do have a learning curve..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to backup, access and share sensitive information with our clients. This product checks all those boxes and more. We have tried similar products in the past only to be let down on limited feature sets.

Skip the imitations and come to Filecloud first. Save yourself some time.
Great File Sharing Service for CMMC/NIST 800-181 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The security is easily the best. It's nice knowing that what you are sending is secure and at the same time is compliant with all the DoD-related restrictions that we face.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes creating users can be difficult. I would create a user for someone we are sending files to and they cant login to their account. Usually resolved by deleting and remaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance is the biggest problem that is being solved. It's difficult to find services that are approved for the various compliances we need to follow and FileCloud fits us perfectly. The realization of assurance is easily the biggest benefit considering how stressful compliance can be.
