Electronic Caregivers Addison Care® platform is an AI-powered orchestration layer designed to modernize care delivery across the continuum, from clinic to home, from episodic treatment to continuous oversight.
Healthcare systems today face structural pressures that cannot be solved with fragmented tools:
Declining provider and nursing workforce
Rapidly expanding aging and chronically ill populations
Rising hospitalization rates and preventable readmissions
Medication non-adherence driving nearly 50% of treatment failures
Caregiver burnout and fragmentation
Limited real-time visibility into patient status between visits
Escalating costs without proportional outcome improvement
Addison Care® addresses these systemic failures not as a device, and not as a point solution, but as an integrated continuity infrastructure.
Addison Care®: AI-Powered Infrastructure for Smarter Healthcare
Electronic Caregivers Addison Care® platform is an AI-powered orchestration layer designed to modernize care delivery across the continuum, from clinic to home, from episodic treatment to continuous oversight.
Healthcare systems today face structural pressures that cannot be solved with fragmented tools:
Declining provider and nursing workforce
Rapidly expanding aging and chronically ill populations
Rising hospitalization rates and preventable readmissions
Medication non-adherence driving nearly 50% of treatment failures
Caregiver burnout and fragmentation
Limited real-time visibility into patient status between visits
Escalating costs without proportional outcome improvement
Addison Care® addresses these systemic failures not as a device, and not as a point solution, but as an integrated continuity infrastructure.
At its core, Addison functions as a continuously engaged AI care presence within the home, coordinating daily directives, monitoring trends, identifying early symptom escalation, supporting treatment adherence, and enabling precision intervention before conditions deteriorate.
Rather than replacing providers, Addison extends them.
Rather than adding workflow burden, Addison reduces it.
Rather than generating disconnected data streams, Addison synthesizes actionable intelligence across the care circle: physicians, specialists, caregivers, health systems, and payers.
Through its proprietary ADDI™ platform architecture, Addison delivers:
Continuous AI-driven patient engagement
Longitudinal health visibility between encounters
Early detection of clinical deterioration
Coordinated response pathways
Evidence-of-care reporting and analytics
Secure, HIPAA-compliant integration with major EHR and care management systems
Addison Care® transforms episodic healthcare into continuous care.
The result is measurable improvement in coordination, earlier intervention, reduced hospitalization risk, improved adherence, lower mortality exposure, and extended independent functional lifespan.
This is not remote monitoring.
This is precision continuity infrastructure.
Highlights
Validated Infrastructure Within the AWS Ecosystem
Addison Care® is built upon ECGs proprietary platform as a service architecture, ADDI™, engineered for enterprise grade scalability, resilience, and secure health data orchestration.
ADDI™ processes millions of daily data invocations across real world care programs and is architected for high volume deployment across health systems, payers, and enterprise partners.
Addison has completed both the AWS Well Architected Review and the AWS Foundational Technical Review, confirming strong architecture, security, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness. These achievements place Addison among top AWS enterprise solutions. Electronic Caregiver, an AWS Software ISV, has finished Partner Acceleration and is pursuing Healthcare and AI Competency designations to expand its enterprise visibility.
Addison is transactable through AWS Marketplace, aligning economically with AWS and driving cloud utilization revenue. It enables enterprise sellers to introduce and transact qualified opportunities. Positioned as enterprise-grade infrastructure within AWS, Addison Care® integrates AI, cloud architecture, and healthcare orchestration to address major challenges in modern care delivery.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for the Independent Living Solution fee?
One unit covers the aging-in-place service for a single individual or resident. It includes vital sign monitoring, care plan delivery, the ADDI platform license, 24/7 physician-on-demand and emergency response, monthly wellness coaching, ambient activity sensing, and a customized care plan. You are billed per person receiving the service.
What drives the Platform Integration cost, and when do I pay for extra integration hours?
The Platform Integration fee is a per-unit charge for setup, customization, and staff training. Standard integrations, data analysis, and reporting are included. If your project needs custom engineering beyond that scope, you buy added support in bundles of 30 professional-support hours. Those hours are separate from the base integration fee.
Are the Independent Living Solution and Platform Integration billed separately or combined?
They bill independently and both appear on your contract. The Platform Integration is a one-time per-unit charge for onboarding, setup, and training. The Independent Living Solution is the recurring per-unit charge for the ongoing care service. The ADDI platform connects with your existing operations and electronic health records.
