    Overview

    MVP Implementation Noventiq has combined Noventiq’s best-practices with the standard methodologies of ServiceNow Now Create, to accelerate the deployment of ServiceNow HAM Pro as much as possible and allow customers to benefit from their investment as soon as possible.

    To ensure a successful implementation of ServiceNow HAM that delivers value as soon as possible, it is important to discuss all relevant aspects relating to the implementation of HAM in detail and ensure that a clear scope is defined. To be able to deliver added value in the use of ServiceNow HAM. Noventiq advises to implement a Minimum Viable Product as a good starting point for the use and value of HAM as part of the first phase of the project.

    In phase two of the project, Noventiq will, determine which requirements will contribute to the next step in ITAM maturity for the customer. Phase two of the project will be executed in a services mode, this gives clients the opportunity to follow their own implementation pace and budget control.

    Steps post MVP delivery In the first phase of the project, ServiceNow HAM was implemented as part of the Minimum Viable Product to make use of ServiceNow HAM. During the workshops, and most probably also during the project, wishes and requirements were gathered for the next step in the ITAM maturity journey. These requirements were stored in the product backlog.

    Noventiq offers the opportunity to work on this product back log together with the customer in a services mode. The customer can either work on the stories themselves or ask Noventiq to join their team to work together or to bring in the knowledge Noventiq built up and is building up working with other customers.

    In the Managed Services mode, our consultants regularly discuss issues or new business needs you may be experiencing, these will be added to the product backlog. The consultants also review the newest ServiceNow releases and new functionality, explaining what business value these have. Customers can focus on their business goals, and our consultant brings out the best of ServiceNow to support those goals.

    Highlights

    • The MVP guides the client through their HAM implementation from technical design to handover to Business-as-usual. The implementation starts with an assessment of the data already present in the CMDB, and validation of the dat. After that the minimal implementation of stories to start the HAM process and the configuration of the workflows in SerivceNow takes place, followed by the connection of 1 out-o-the-box additional data source (SCCM, Intune or JAMF for instance).
