Overview Our Cloud Migration Assessment is part of our proven cloud foundational architecture service that helps customers migrate and optimise to unlock the true potential and agility of cloud deployment. The Discovery and Assessment service provides expert insight and guidance, aligned to the AWS Migration Acceleration Program to assess your estate, provide a TCO calculation and migration plan.

Infrastructure and Application Discovery • Run discovery tooling to collect data on network, servers, storage, applications and optimisation; our preference is to utilise cloud native tools paired with third-party tools based on customer needs: • Application dependency mapping and analysis • Detailed landscape reporting including infrastructure optimisation opportunities

Analyse Discovery Data • Perform a detailed analysis of the discovery data to determine the to-be architecture and enablement roadmap • Determine the optimal modernisation path from the AS-IS to Target estate

Plan • Deliver a high-level migration plan aligned to your specific cloud migration and modernisation needs. This detailed planning will include the people, technology skills, costs, timelines and risks • Key risks and dependencies

Capability Roadmap Our cloud capability roadmap service analyses your current capabilities across people, skills, processes and tools, against those required for optimal cloud adoption. It helps you to identify areas for improvement enabling you to:
