algoseek Equity Trade Only Minute Bar is a trade-based bar data including Open/High/Low/Close/Volume, VWAP, and Total Trades information for each minute. Data includes all listed and delisted stocks, ETNs, ETFs, ADRs, etc., from all listed exchanges since January 2007.
This minute bar includes trades only from listed exchanges; TRF reports from dark pools, OTC, and broker-dealer internal crosses are excluded.
Data is organized into one ZIP file per trading day with one file per ticker in CSV file.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each minute bar summarizes exchange trades for a US equity in that one-minute interval. You get Open, High, Low, Close prices, Volume, VWAP, and trade count. It uses trade data only, not quote data, and covers exchange trades reported directly on the exchanges.
Off-exchange trades reported to FINRA Trade Reporting Facilities (TRF) are left out. This gives a view of pure exchange trading activity only. Trades executed away from exchanges do not appear, so volume and price figures reflect on-exchange prints alone.
This listing covers one month of 2020 data as a single CSV file. It is a fixed historical file, not an ongoing subscription. Daily updates and later periods are not part of this free download.
