    Phase 1 Setup (2 weeks): Provision access to systems and infrastructure, deploy accelerator and configure required services and components

    Phase 2 Integration (4 weeks, 1 week overlap with Setup): Integrate accelerator with ecosystem and APIs to enable information retrieval and interaction with systems and deploy UI to enable user interactive capabilities

    Phase 3 Optimization (3 weeks): Run end-to-end tests and verify all capabilities and integrations are fully operational and optimize integrations and outputs based on tests result
