• Consult to drive initiatives with DevOps an Application teams • Develop strategies to optimize cloud usage • Build FinOps into your existing processes with automated workflows with popular integrations: (ex: Jira, ServiceNow, New Relic, Turbonomic, etc.)
Multi-Cloud Management
• Establish goals and Client roadmap • Use scheduled sessions to progress toward Client goals • Use monthly strategy meetings to review progress and set the next month’s priority
Strategic Planning
• Drive business value from your cloud spend • Define measurable KPI/OKRs and support Client in socializing and tracking those results
