A token is a small chunk of text the generative AI reads or writes. Words, punctuation, and spaces each convert into tokens as the model processes review analytics and generates tags or ads. Longer reviews and richer generated output consume more tokens. Your plan caps token processing at 10 Million alongside a 15,000-review limit.
Both limits apply independently within the same contract. Whichever cap you reach first governs your remaining usage. Analyzing 15,000 reviews may still leave token headroom, or heavy token use per review may exhaust tokens before you reach 15,000 reviews. Contact the vendor about options once either cap is met.
You buy the Silver (Users) plan as a fixed contract commitment, not pay-as-you-go. Charges do not meter by hour or by each token processed. Instead, you pay for the contract term and work within the set caps of 10 Million Tokens and 15,000 Reviews.
