What do you like best about the product?
Above all, Iru is easy to use and doesn’t bog staff down with training or require them to read extensive documentation, while still remaining a very powerful and customizable tool for our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to find a downside to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage over 150 iOS devices across many locations. We're able to push updates, policies, apps, and bookmarks to all of our devices with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform and interface are incredibly easy to navigate and use. You don’t need years of MDM experience to get it up and running. We transitioned from Jamf several years ago, and the move was fairly seamless. Customer support has consistently been phenomenal. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on getting my questions answered and issues resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we transitioned from Jamf several years ago, you can tell it's lacking some of the granular capabilities and features of Jamf, but Kandji/Iru seems to be putting out new updates to close those gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy device management that anyone on the team can easily learn and administer. Solid customer support for when we run into roadblocks.

What do you like best about the product?
Over the past few years, I've watched Iru grow from a fairly basic MDM into a comprehensive endpoint management platform without losing the simplicity that made it easy to adopt in the first place. The interface remains intuitive, while features like zero-touch deployment and self-service give end users greater autonomy and reduce the burden on IT.
The built-in templates for Library Items and Blueprints make implementation and ongoing management much easier, especially for teams new to MDM. With the addition of EDR and continued expansion of its capabilities, Iru has evolved into a centralized platform for managing security, automation, and device lifecycle across mixed operating system environments rather than serving as just another configuration management tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and filtering capabilities could be better, more granular in what you can do. Also, smart groups capabilities instead of just using assignment mapping would make for a more robust feature, especially when needing to segment and or isolate a specific part of your fleet for any number or reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iru helps solve the challenge of managing a mixed OS fleet from a single pane of glass, which in turn saves a significant amount of time instead of having to manage and juggle separate tools for different platforms.
