This service simplifies, automates and reduces the cost of model governance related to the creation and management of a model inventory. Model governance and model risk management teams no longer have to manually manage lists/registers or chase model owners for updates.
Effective model risk management requires that there is an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all models within an organization. Given that many models are under end-user control and are dispersed throughout the line(s) of business, keeping track of critical models is challenging.
CIMCON's model inventory service provides a total solution for tracking all of the risk-related metadata associated with your models. Examples of model metadata include (but are not limited to) model owner, lifecycle stage, date of last validation, owner attestations etc. The actual model itself is not stored within the service, your models stay "where is, as is". Only the metadata pertaining to model risk is stored in Amazon's secure cloud infrastructure. All of these metadata fields are completely configurable so that they align with and support your model risk management policy and procedures.
Select product capabilities include;

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing has one pricing dimension. You pay a single subscription license fee billed under a contract term. The fee covers usage up to 25 users and/or 250 models. Your capacity is capped by whichever limit you reach first: the user count or the model count. There are no separate tiers or add-on charges to select. The service runs as a hosted cloud offering, so the subscription covers access without on-premises software to install.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one "model" and one "user" for the 250-model and 25-user limits?
A model is any tracked file or application whose risk metadata you manage, such as a spreadsheet, a Python or R model, or a third-party executable. A user is an individual account with role-based access to the inventory. You count each separately against its limit.
What happens if I reach 25 users or 250 models under this subscription?
Your capacity is capped by whichever limit you hit first. Once you reach 25 users or 250 models, you cannot add more under this single subscription fee. To grow beyond either cap, contact the vendor about expanding your capacity.
Does the subscription fee include hosting, or must I run servers myself?
The fee covers a hosted cloud service running on the Amazon Web Services platform. You install no software on-premises and maintain no servers. The inventory stores only risk-related metadata about your models, not the model files themselves, which stay within your own network.
