Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Xcitium Enterprise uses a single pricing dimension based on endpoints. You pay for the number of endpoints you provision in the system. An endpoint is any device, such as a laptop, server, or workstation, that you protect with the platform. Pricing scales with endpoint count, so your cost rises or falls as you add or remove protected devices. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from. You commit to a contract term and set the endpoint quantity that matches your environment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one endpoint for billing purposes?
An endpoint is any device where the agent runs, such as a laptop, workstation, or server. Each device you protect counts as one endpoint. Virtual machines count separately, even when they share hardware. The platform covers on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, so devices across all these settings count toward your total.
How does my cost change if I add or remove devices during my contract?
Cost scales with the number of endpoints you provision. Adding protected devices raises your endpoint count and cost. Removing devices lowers it. You set the endpoint quantity to match your environment when you commit. There are no tiers or instance sizes, so pricing changes only with device count.
Does the endpoint charge cover mobile devices and unattended machines too?
The platform supports mobile device management for personal and company-owned devices, plus unattended systems through remote management. If you enroll and protect these devices, each counts toward your endpoint total. The single endpoint dimension covers all managed device types you provision in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this endpoint manager is it is using Comodo's patented Auto-Containment technology for known and unknown threats. Its EDR capability for detection and response of various known and unknown threats is super useful in my organization. the customer support during the deployment is super efficient and active. i was personally very much impressed how quickly and responsibly the issues were getting resolved in no time. the implementation in my network was quite good and efficient as it didn't take us too much of man days for the deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
To understand the working of this product we need specialized training as different functions needs to be understood by the user. it is a bit of a hassle for me and my team. it uses a lot of hardware resources from the device, leading the low end device laging a lot performing basic tasks. it not easy for non techies to understand the usage and deployment along with integration with different products across the network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped my organization in managing all the endpoints in a single console along with its EDR capabilities which helped us a lot as we didn't need to purchase separate license for EDR and managing its console.
