Geopointe pricing has two parts under a contract. First, you buy Geopointe Users, priced per license. Each person who needs the software requires one license. This base license includes 10 assignment areas, which are the geographic or criteria-based territories you map and manage. Second, you can add Additional Assignment Areas if you need more territories beyond the 10 included. This add-on scales separately from user count. So you size the deal by combining the number of licenses your team needs with any extra assignment areas required.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one assignment area for billing purposes?
An assignment area is a geographic or criteria-based territory you create to group records on the map. Each area identifies accounts, leads, or opportunities that fall within specific boundaries or filter criteria. Your base Geopointe license includes 10 of these areas.
What happens if I need more than the 10 assignment areas included with my base license?
You purchase Additional Assignment Areas as a separate line item. These add-on areas expand your territory capacity beyond the 10 included with each base Geopointe license. This add-on scales independently and does not change your user license count.
Which dimension drives my total cost — user licenses or assignment areas?
Both charges apply and appear on the same contract. Geopointe Users bills per license, one for each person using the software. Additional Assignment Areas bills separately for territories beyond the 10 included. User count usually drives most cost, while assignment areas add on for teams needing more territories.
