This listing is free. It has one pricing dimension, Product Access, measured in units. That single dimension grants you access to the sample product. There are no tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to compare. You get the sample dataset at no cost, so there is nothing to scale up or configure for billing purposes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit under the Product Access dimension?
One unit grants you access to this sample dataset. The dimension is an access grant, not a usage meter. You do not pay per record, per query, or per download. A single unit unlocks the sample product for you as a subscriber.
Does my cost change if I download or query the sample data more often?
No. This listing is free and the Product Access dimension only grants entry to the sample. There are no usage meters, tiers, or included-amount limits. Downloading or querying more does not add charges, because nothing meters your activity.
What does this sample dataset let me do before buying full data?
You can test and evaluate the sample in your own environment to assess how the data is built, structured, and stored. This lets you check accuracy, format, and how it fits your workflows and analysis systems before acquiring a full dataset.

Parcel boundary data helps users map and analyze property characteristics across an entire area of interest, or conduct sophisticated spatial analysis such as proximity, overlay, and buffer zone operations. Parcel Boundaries contains polygonal property outlines. Features within the dataset, such as the PreciselyID and Assessor Parcel Numbers, enable interoperability with property attributes, building footprints, U.S. Census Bureau data, and address genealogy.
