    Dimensions summary

Pricing is organized into three product families, each sold per user. Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) helps you manage vendor risk. Cyber Risk covers IT and cyber risk management. CrossComply supports regulatory compliance. Within each family you choose a tier. TPRM and CrossComply each offer Essential, Professional, and Advanced. Cyber Risk offers Essential, Professional, and Enterprise. You pick the family that matches your program, then select a tier that fits your scale and needs. All tiers are user-based, so cost grows with the number of licensed users.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each tier is priced per user, meaning one licensed person with access to the platform. Your cost scales with the number of named users you enroll. Frontline employees, risk owners, and stakeholders who log in to add risks, complete assessments, or manage action plans each count as a user.
Each product family sells a single tier per contract, priced per user. Adding users increases cost within your current tier. Moving to a different tier, such as Essential to Professional, changes the per-user rate for your whole user count, not just added users. Contact the vendor to confirm tier-change mechanics.
Each family is a separate product with its own tiers. TPRM handles vendor risk, Cyber Risk covers IT and cyber risk, and CrossComply supports regulatory compliance. You select a tier within each family you need. Buying multiple families means each is billed separately by its own per-user rate.

Intuitive, Feature-Rich Platform for Effortless Autonomous Workflows

    Reviewed on Aug 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been impressed by the wide range of features and capabilities this platform offers for running tasks autonomously. What I like most is how easy it is to use—everything feels intuitive, well organized, and efficient. I also appreciate how robust and flexible it is, with an interface that stays intuitive while handling complex workflows without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
They’re always available when I need them, which makes the process and data management much simpler. Any time I’ve had to reach out to customer support, they’ve been efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to automate workflows, track risk, and centralize evidence, which saves a significant amount of time. It also supports deep customization without requiring any programming. The dashboards and reports make it simple and efficient to track controls and monitor performance in real time.

Improved Organization and Consistency for Internal Controls

    Reviewed on Aug 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Optro is that it provides a centralized location for documenting control performance, review procedures, and supporting evidence. It creates a more consistent process and makes it easier to retain documentation that auditors may need, reducing follow-up requests later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that the process can sometimes feel administratively burdensome, particularly when the same information or supporting documentation is already maintained elsewhere. It would also be helpful if tasks, reviewer comments, outstanding items, and prior-period documentation were easier to locate and compare
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optro is helping solve the challenge of keeping control documentation, supporting evidence, and review procedures organized in one place. It provides greater visibility into control responsibilities and due dates and encourages documentation to be retained when the control is performed. This benefits me by making the process more consistent, reducing the need to search for support later, and minimizing follow-up requests from the auditors during testing.

Structured Risk & Compliance Management That Aligns with International Standards

    Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it brings structure and coherence to our risk management and compliance processes. The initial setup is usually straightforward, especially once we’ve defined a clear risk management methodology. I also appreciate the platform’s ability to help us align our processes with international standards and regulatory requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s an interactive tool backed by very helpful user documentation. It adapts well to many different situations, and I haven’t run into any issues or problems so far. Overall, it met all of our expectations and feels equally usable for both small teams and large organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been using this platform for some time to support our clients, and the risk module has become the foundation of our consulting services. It offers a centralized environment where risks, controls, and action plans can be managed in a structured, organized way, which simplifies the process for both operational teams and management.

All-in-One Compliance Platform That Scales and Saves Setup Time

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how it integrates risk assessment, incident management, and reporting into a single platform. It does its job well by centralizing all our audit information in one place. I also like that we didn’t have to build all of our compliance programs from scratch, which saved us a lot of time during setup and made getting started much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any problems so far, and you don’t need to be a programmer to build workflows in this application, which is a big plus. On top of that, it has adapted perfectly as our compliance obligations have grown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my daily work without having to search through multiple spreadsheets throughout the day. It’s especially useful because it keeps everything organized and helps me save time for more important tasks. It has also made it easier for us to provide clear visibility to regulators and internal stakeholders.

Optro Makes Workflow Management Simple, Intuitive, and Customizable

    Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and practical Optro is for everyone. The interface is intuitive and customizable, which makes it easy to manage processes efficiently. I also find it extremely useful that I can create and tailor workflows without any programming knowledge. On top of that, being able to quickly adjust assessments, approvals, and issue tracking whenever needed is truly invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say it still relies quite heavily on manual evidence collection rather than continuous, automated monitoring. That said, it can be tailored to the specific needs of each business, and you don’t have to be a programmer to create workflows or adjust them as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me manage risk, compliance, and audits all in one place. The workflow automation is powerful and helps my small team work smarter, not harder. It has also helped reduce audit delays, eliminate redundant controls, and cut down the time needed to complete risk assessments, which saves us a significant amount of time overall.
