Optro prices seven modules as separate contract options, each billed by the number of users. You pick the modules that match your governance, risk, and compliance needs: IT & Cyber Risk Management, RiskOversight, Business Continuity Management, Controls Management, CrossComply, OpsAudit, and Third Party Risk Management. Each module is licensed independently, so you pay for user access to only the modules you select. Pricing scales with your user count within each chosen module. All modules run on the same connected platform, letting data flow across the ones you buy.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each module is licensed by user access, so one user is one person with a login to that module. You count users separately for each module you buy. A person using two modules counts as a user in both, since modules are licensed independently.
Each module is a separate contract billed by its own user count. Charges do not merge across modules. Your total is the sum of each module's user-based fee. Adding users to one module raises only that module's cost, leaving the others unchanged.
Yes. All modules run on the same connected platform. Risks, controls, IT systems, vendor data, and framework mappings managed in one module are available in others you buy, without duplicate data entry. This connection is included with the modules you license.

Vendor refund policy
All orders are non-cancellable and payments are non-refundable except as provided under the agreement. If a customer terminates due to Optro's uncured material breach, Optro will refund prepaid subscription fees on a prorated basis for the remaining term. For warranty breaches Optro cannot remediate, prorated fees for the affected service period will be refunded. Contact support@optro.ai

Optro makes documentation and testing easy, and I like the workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think OBR scanning could be better. I’d like Optro to collaborate with another company or improve the software so it can automatically pull the data rather than just copying it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the tool is to use, and how intuitive the screens and interfaces feel. The interface is straightforward, which makes it accessible for both beginners and experienced professionals. I also appreciate the way it connects objectives, risks, causes, consequences, mitigation strategies, mitigation actions, key risk indicators (KRIs), sub-risks, and other related elements in one coherent flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience has been wonderful overall. On the rare occasions when I ran into an issue, the technical support team responded promptly and helped get it resolved. In addition, setting up risks and linking them together was straightforward and easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been using it for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent risk management tool. What makes it especially valuable is that it gives a clear, up-to-date overview of the company’s risk profile at any given time, which is crucial when communicating effectively with senior management. In today’s fast-paced environment, it has also been essential for making sure nothing gets overlooked.
