[Service Background and Purpose]

• CloudXper CloudLens for AWS is a subscription professional service from LG CNS that helps you continuously improve cost efficiency, security posture, and operational quality in your AWS environment. Delivered through AWS Marketplace, the service combines automated analytics with expert review to produce clear, prioritized remediation guidance aligned to AWS best practices.

[Service Features]

• Subscription-type diagnostic service : Customers can receive regular diagnostic services by subscribing for a certain period(yearly), Objective evaluation of cloud resource operation efficiency is possible through regular diagnostics
• Utilization of specialized diagnostic tools : Providing systematic and objective diagnostic reports using tools such as CQI/CAT & AWS TrustAdvisor, Conformance Packs for AWS Config
• Identification of opportunities for improvement activities : We support improvement activities such as implementation of improvement and necessary PoC support in conjunction with business units according to customer needs, such as cost efficiency enhancement, architecture improvement, and vulnerability measures based on diagnosis results (separate cost consultation required for improvement services).

• Continuous access to LG CNS experts through the TSC Portal for Q&A, clarification of findings, and guidance on next steps (response targets defined in Support section).
• Cost-reduction opportunity modeling (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, rightsizing, storage lifecycle tuning, data transfer review, tagging hygiene) with estimated savings ranges.
• Security & compliance configuration review leveraging LG CNS's MSP rules plus AWS Trusted Advisor and AWS Config Conformance Packs; highlights misconfigurations, encryption gaps, logging gaps, and account governance drift.
• Operational quality review using LG CNS's assessment criteria mapped to AWS reliability and performance efficiency practices (examples: backup coverage, patch signals, high-availability configuration, scaling and quota risks).
