Analytics Gateway Credits provide flexible, pay-as-you-go compute resources for the Analytics Gateway platform. Credits automatically cover all underlying AWS infrastructure costs including EC2 instances, GPU compute, S3 storage, EKS clusters, Bedrock, and other AWS services consumed by your workloads. Purchase credits in convenient tiers to enable immediate access to secure, scalable computing resources without upfront infrastructure investments.
Analytics Gateway Credits offer a streamlined approach to funding your organization's high-performance computing needs on the Analytics Gateway platform. These credits function as a universal currency that automatically covers all AWS resource consumption including compute instances, GPU resources, storage, networking, and managed services like Bedrock. Rather than managing complex AWS billing across multiple services, credits provide transparent cost control and simplified budgeting for your modeling, simulation, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
Credits are designed for organizations that need flexible, on-demand access to enterprise-grade computing resources without the overhead of traditional cloud procurement. Whether you're running intensive computational workloads, training machine learning models, or deploying persistent collaborative services, credits seamlessly handle the underlying AWS infrastructure costs as resources scale up and down based on demand. The credit system eliminates the need for detailed AWS cost planning while providing clear visibility into resource utilization across your team's projects.
Available in multiple tiers to accommodate different organizational needs, credits can be purchased as needed and are immediately applied to your Analytics Gateway account upon successful marketplace transaction. This approach enables rapid deployment of computing resources while maintaining cost predictability, making it ideal for research institutions, defense contractors, federal agencies, and enterprises that require both agility and financial control over their cloud computing investments.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Gateway credits in fixed, prepaid blocks under a contract. Seven purchase sizes range from 100,000 credits up to 1,000,000,000 credits. Each option is a one-time credit purchase, not a recurring tier or subscription level. The blocks differ only by quantity, so you pick the amount that matches your expected usage. Credits pay for analytic workflows running on cloud compute and storage. Larger blocks simply hold more credits to draw down over time. This GovCloud listing lets you scale your purchase up front by choosing a size instead of paying per hour of use.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one Gateway credit pay for?
Credits pay for analytic workflows that run on cloud compute and storage. You draw down credits as workflows use these resources. Credit prices align with the raw cloud costs powering the underlying compute. Larger workloads consume more credits, so your remaining balance falls faster with heavier usage.
Do I pay per hour, or does buying a credit block commit me upfront?
You commit upfront by purchasing a fixed block of credits, not by paying per hour. Each block is a one-time prepaid purchase under a contract. You then draw down the credits as workflows run. This suits buyers who want cost-controlled access without hourly metering.
What happens when my purchased credits run out?
Each block holds a fixed credit amount that depletes as workflows consume compute and storage. Blocks do not top up automatically. When your balance runs low, you buy another block in the size that matches your expected usage. Choosing a larger block simply holds more credits to draw down over time.
