We offer refunds for unused, prepaid contract amounts if a cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are prorated based on the remaining contract term and unused units. No refunds are provided for usage-based charges already incurred. All refund requests must be submitted through AWS Marketplace support.
