You choose a configuration based on how many devices you monitor and who uses the platform. Rnow Level User covers one person and one device. Rnow Level 1 supports up to 5 devices for a home-sized security operations center. Rnow Level 2 supports up to 20 devices and adds each prior tier's functions. Rnow Level 3 supports up to 30 devices plus 10 cameras and includes the lower tiers' functions. Higher tiers raise device limits, speed up dashboard refresh, and add monitoring functions. All configurations bill per unit under a contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A device is an integrated receiver or IoT sensor you connect through the Integrations tab. Supported types include iAlert PLUS, iAlert FACILITY, and CM CAR ALARM, plus general-purpose IoT devices at higher configurations. Each connected sensor counts toward your configuration's device limit. Cameras count separately from devices in Rnow Level 3.
Your device count drives the choice. Rnow Level User fits one device and one user. Rnow Level 1 handles up to 5, Rnow Level 2 up to 20, and Rnow Level 3 up to 30. Only Rnow Level 3 adds camera support, allowing up to 10 cameras alongside devices.
For camera or grouped sensor feeds, you place a Raspberry Pi 5 controller ahead of each group. You flash provided software onto an SD card, connect the device to Wi-Fi, and register it using credentials sent after purchase. Cameras then stream to the dashboard within a few minutes.
