Vendor refund policy
PebbleAI subscriptions purchased through AWS Marketplace are non-refundable once the subscription term has started, except where required by law or AWS Marketplace policies. Customers may cancel anytime, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. For billing errors or duplicate charges, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days.
