Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the per-user, per-month charges?
Each dimension bills per named agent or user who accesses the platform. TX Core covers one user's access to the event orchestrator, engagement console, and one ACD connector. Adding CRM Connector or extra ACD access adds a separate per-user charge for each user who uses those features.
Which dimensions do I combine to run a full agent seat, and how do charges add up?
TX Core is the required base charge per user. CRM Connector and additional ACD access are optional per-user add-ons that bill on top of TX Core. Managed Services (Day 2) adds another per-user charge for ongoing support. Each dimension bills independently and appears on the same monthly invoice.
How is the Developer SKU billed compared to the per-user TX Core subscription?
The Developer SKU is priced per month for a sandbox, test instance, and headless API access. It does not bill per user like TX Core. This suits development and testing work, while TX Core and its add-ons bill per user for production agent use.
