Engagement Structure
This is a phased professional services engagement. Klika Tech works with your team through the following stages:
- Discovery Workshop - Assess your fleet architecture, device protocols, data volumes, and operational requirements
- Solution Architecture - Design a tailored telemetry platform leveraging AWS IoT Core, analytics services, and monitoring frameworks
- Implementation & Integration - Build and deploy the solution using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Testing & Validation - Verify end-to-end data flows, alerting thresholds, and dashboard accuracy
- Transition & Handoff - Deliver documentation, runbooks, and IaC repositories to your operations team
Core Capabilities Delivered
Real-Time Fleet Visibility Secure device connectivity is established through AWS IoT Core, enabling reliable bi-directional communication and high-volume telemetry ingestion. The architecture supports both real-time analytics for operational visibility and automated archival workflows for long-term retention, reporting, and compliance.
Automated Monitoring & Alerting A configurable alerting framework continuously evaluates incoming telemetry to identify critical operating conditions, including device disconnects, signal degradation, power anomalies, and other operational events. When thresholds are exceeded, notifications are automatically delivered to designated operations teams.
Operational Dashboards Organizations gain insight into fleet health, connectivity status, utilization, and performance metrics through automated dashboards and monitoring services built on AWS-native tooling.
Security & Compliance
Klika Tech holds ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification (certified by DQS) for Information Security Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management Systems. The delivered architecture leverages TLS-secured device connections through AWS IoT Core, IAM-based access controls, and VPC-confined data processing. Data retention and archival workflows support organizational compliance requirements.
Prerequisites & Scope
- Active AWS account with appropriate organizational permissions
- Defined device fleet or edge asset inventory for onboarding
- Buyer-side technical contact (cloud administrator or IoT engineer) for coordination
- Devices capable of MQTT or HTTPS communication with AWS IoT Core
The engagement covers architecture design, implementation, and transition. Ongoing managed operations are available as a separate engagement.
