Overview
NWN Carousel can provide Customer with a Disaster Recovery (DR) solution that plays a message at the carrier network level to provide end customers with information regarding an outage or maintenance activity that is impacting Customer.
Message will only be played when Customer opens a case with NWN Carousel with the specific requirement of playing an maintenance or outage message that’s delivered by Customer. The message will be updated within an Amazon S3 bucket for playing the message by NWN Carousel through the approved process within managed services.
NWN Carousel will be responsible for any maintenance activity where calls will be pointed to this messaging service. NWN Carousel will not invoke these services without the expressed written consent from Customer. NWN Carousel will execute all modifications at the network level to point specified numbers to the alternate DR system for all services that are part of this service.
