FTR Alignments take the form of a workshop series wherein the Zybellium Research Group team will work with clients to form a holistic understanding of their goals, challenges, risks, market differentiators, and business value propositions. The outcome of these workshops is an optimized competency path tailor-made to unlock the most AWS entitlements with the least overhead, on a fast track through the APN FTR process.

FTR Implementation is hands-on engineering efforts to ensure that a client has all of the deliverables, documentation, processes, and infrastructure in place to qualify for entitlements they apply for in the APN. The Zybellium Research Group team will work side-by-side or on behalf of clients to complete the entire process from beginning to end, bringing a wealth of battle-tested resources known to exceed requirements set forth by the AWS Competencies program.

FTR Alignment Workshops are a prepaid engagement which should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. It is a three-day event where teams can meet remotely or on site. Once purchased, FTR Implementation hours are good for one year and can be used in any amounts. To use you simply make a request to Zybellium Research Group via phone, email, ticketing system, communication channel, or with your direct Helix representative. Once submitted our team will work with you to scope, schedule, and complete the requested work. For projects with a larger number of hours requiring on-site work, travel and expenses are billed separately.
