    NexusTek’s AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR) is a structured engagement designed to assess one production workload running on AWS using AWS's six-pillar framework: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, and Sustainability.

    This service supports AWS-native services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and the AWS Well-Architected Tool. We assess your architecture, identify high-risk issues (HRIs), and deliver a prioritized remediation roadmap.

    Customers who remediate at least 45% of HRIs may qualify for up to $5,000 in AWS service credits.

    Deliverables include: • Workshop and workload scoping • Use of the AWS Well-Architected Tool for structured assessment • HRI identification with severity scoring • Executive summary and remediation plan • Optional implementation support Ideal for mid-size enterprises seeking to validate architecture and improve cost, security, and performance in AWS.
