What counts as one stream for billing purposes?
One stream is one connected camera feed processed by the platform. Each camera you route into the system counts as a single stream. Billing meters streams by the hour, so cost depends on how many camera feeds you run at once and how long they stay active.
If I enable more than one AI model on the same stream, how does that affect my bill?
Each AI model carries its own per-stream hourly charge. Running two models on one camera feed means you pay the per-stream rate twice for that feed. Charges from theft detection, customer counting, employee tracking, heat mapping, and food safety monitoring bill independently and add together on your invoice.
Am I charged for a stream when its camera is offline or not running?
Billing meters active streams by the hour. A camera feed that is not connected or processing does not accrue per-stream charges. Cost applies only while a stream runs an enabled AI model. Turning off feeds or disabling models stops the associated hourly charges.

Vendor refund policy
For any refunds, MokSa.ai requires the user to maintain a minimum of 15 AI - enabled streams active at all times during service usage. If you plan to fall back to this threshold, please ensure to give us a one week of prior notice to ensure the adjustment is processed appropriately. Refund eligibility is assessed based on compliance with this minimum camera requirement and the duration of service use. MokSa.ai reserves the right to review and adjust refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
