Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each package bills by units under the contract. A unit maps to a managed entity, meaning a subsidiary or legal entity you track in the corporate record. You commit to a set quantity of these units for the contract term, so your unit count reflects how many entities you manage.
Your contract locks in a set quantity of units for the term. To manage more entities than your committed quantity, you adjust the number of units you contract. This change does not happen automatically. Contact the vendor to revise your committed quantity or package.
Both factors combine to set your total cost. The package (Starter, Essentials, Pro, or Pro Plus) sets the capability level and per-unit rate. The number of units you contract then multiplies against that. A higher package with more units raises cost; both appear in the same contract.
