    Our engineers activate within minutes and deploy on-demand DART AI Packet Sensors across impacted environments to perform packet-level and flow-level forensics. Powered by Amazon Bedrock AI, the service delivers immediate root-cause identification, remediation guidance, and post-incident reporting.

    This service is ideal for critical P1/P2 events requiring deep observability across VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, multi-region architectures, and hybrid workloads.

    Scope & Deliverables

    1. Rapid activation based on tier 2.Investigation of application, network, routing, and control-plane issues
    2. Packet analytics and forensic investigation
    3. Flow correlation across VPC, TGW, DX, and ENI
    4. AI-driven root cause analysis (RCA) summary
    5. Remediation guidance (config fixes, routing fixes, throttling identification)
    6. Final incident summary report

    Customer Responsibilities

    1. Provide IAM role for temporary sensor deployment
    2. Enable VPC Flow Logs or Traffic Mirroring as applicable
