You buy this as a contract with three tiers based on monthly credits and user seats. Starter covers one user and includes 1,200 credits per user each month. Growth includes 5,500 credits monthly for up to three users. Scale includes 50,000 credits monthly for up to ten users. Credits power your API calls, and each call deducts from your balance. As you move up the tiers, both the credit allowance and the number of supported users increase together. Pick the tier that matches your team size and expected monthly enrichment volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one credit, and how is it deducted from my balance?
Credits are the currency behind API usage. Every API call deducts a small amount from your wallet balance. Different endpoints consume different amounts, so an enrichment lookup and a search may cost different credits. You track spend per endpoint in the platform's wallet and activity logs.
What happens if I use up my monthly credits before the month ends?
When your available funds run low, you can top up your wallet at any time using the Add Credits option in Live mode. Each purchase updates your balance immediately and appears in your transaction history. Test-mode calls use static sample data and do not draw down live credits.
How do the credit allowance and user seats work together across the three tiers?
Each tier bundles a monthly credit pool with a seat cap. Starter gives 1,200 credits per user monthly for one user. Growth shares 5,500 credits across up to three users. Scale shares 50,000 credits across up to ten users. Team members draw from the shared pool, so credits and seats scale together.
