What resources do I get for the hourly rate on a given instance type?
The hourly rate covers the CheckCle software licence running on the Amazon EC2 instance type you pick. The instance type sets the CPU, memory, and storage profile. AWS bills the underlying EC2 compute separately from this software charge. You choose one instance type per running copy.
Am I charged when my EC2 instance is stopped or paused?
The software charge meters running hours only. When you stop the instance, the hourly software charge stops accruing. Stopped instances may still incur AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but those are separate from this listing's software charge.
How does my hourly cost change if I switch to a larger instance type?
