    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Initially, we had an offline store in addition to the online store and most of the time our inventory updates needed to be manual and the cross-checks created too many bottlenecks to our overall process. Thanks to Vin - eRetail most of our issues are solved and helped us have timely updates. One major help we received is the timely help from the support team, they call you as and when required and explain things to you as easy as possible.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not much, some issues here and there due to miscommunication mostly but we are really happy otherwise

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love that you can set up & manage all your orders and Inventory at one place. Managing our Inventory and orders before was a hurdle. Now we can easily manage our time and resources to make our process better and smooth.

    Not dislike but User interface could improve
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    In online selling business “Managing Time” is the only challenge for every seller. Now we have time to grow our business internationally. Vin eRetail not only manage your orders and Inventory, it helps to integrate and work with global eCommerce channels.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the unique concept of Vin eRetail i.e. you can easily sell on multiple marketplace at one go. You can upload and manage thousands of SKUs’ information just by uploading a single excel file. Report generation and step by step status tracking of the order is quite appreciable.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The user interface is easy to use but old-fashioned.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Vin eRetail solves our most challenging task i.e. Inventory management, order processing and the monthly report generation.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    Vin eRetail is a best product suite for brands trying to sell on marketplaces, they help retail business in terms of Order/Inventory Management.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We were facing difficulties in the order processing and inventory management. Somehow, we did a bit research for the software that can help us to do that, we tried many software but Vin eRetail was the one which was very simple, easy to use and was up to the standards that we were looking for. Now all the orders and inventory is easily managed by this software only.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Did not find anything that needs to change.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Did not find anything that needs being an online retailer, you must keep an eye on your competition, you have to make your user experience better as much as you can. For all these things we need time, Vin eRetail provides the solution for managing all channels seamlessly and get the real-time view of orders & inventory so that we focus on taking our business to another level. to change.

    I like the functionality of Vin eRetail as it solves both our Inventory and warehouse management problems at the same time. Now we just care about ensuring that our product reaches as many users as possible, rest the things are being managed by the software itself.

    The company should need to change the theme.

    The opportunity to become an international seller from a Local seller is the main benefit. Order, Inventory, and returns can be easily handled by Vin eRetail, you just need to take care of your product quality and user satisfaction.
