Vendor refund policy
BluePi, owned by Zero&One, provides a free tier and optional trial with no billing until activation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Refunds are issued as credits only for verified billing errors, major downtime, or technical issues. Voluntary cancellations are non-refundable. Requests must be emailed to support@bluepi.cloud within 15 days. No refunds for renewals, services, or third-party costs.
