Solution description There are a number of considerations and challenges in the design and provisioning of a core, cloud native platform for your OT / IT Enterprise business needs. Customers must consider Security, Compliance, Self-Service access, Operations, Cost Management and change management - it can be complex and overwhelming and getting these control factors in place is key to success.
The GL Discovery & Design service prepares your organisation for Control Tower onboarding. The key output from this activity will be the delivery of Design Documentation to support the Build activity that follows. GlobalLogic specialists will lead a series of workshops to gather information and reach consensus on how Control Tower should be deployed and configured.
Build & Migrate
Solution description Following preparation and delivery of the design documentation, GlobalLogic can assist with the build of the Control Tower implementation. GlobalLogic will deploy a multi-skilled Pod to support and execute configuration of the Control Tower service. This Pod will work in collaboration with the Customer team to not only configure the service, but to ensure that handover to operational service is as seamless as possible. Following completion of the Build phase, the Control Tower service will be enabled and integrated with the Customer’s environment.
